By accessing and using Tech Go AI And Programming ("Service", "we", "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

Tech Go provides image optimization, analysis, and comparison tools via a web dashboard and API. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for illegal activities.

4. Payment and Credits

• Currency: All prices are in USD.
• Credits: Our service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted as you use premium features.
• No Expiry: Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. By upgrading, you agree to Paddle's Terms and Conditions.

5. Content and Copyright

You retain full ownership of all images uploaded to Tech Go. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your material. You grant us a temporary license to process (compress, analyze) your files solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tech Go is provided "as is". We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
